Heal, Align & Live Your Divinity

My personal journey of self-discovery and healing led me to create The Grounded Path,  a healing practice dedicated to helping you heal, align, and live your Divinity.

I have walked the path of both emotional and physical pain. I know what it feels like to barely be able to walk and to struggle to breathe. I have experienced the depths of despair and grief and navigated the wounds of sexual and emotional abuse.

As a young child, I also experienced a near-death experience that opened my perception in ways I would only come to fully understand much later in life. I experienced a profound connection to the Divine, to love, and to the interconnectedness of all of us. That experience radically changed the course of my life and has continued to shape the way I understand healing, spirituality, and our connection to something greater than ourselves.

While many of my experiences were painful, they taught me deep compassion for others' journeys. Through my own healing, I have walked an extraordinary path of transformation and discovered my life purpose as a healer, intuitive, Divine Channel, and spiritual teacher.

Today, I live a life anchored in love, at peace with my experiences, and deeply grateful for this life I am blessed to have.

My Approach to Healing

My role as a healer is to meet you where you are on your journey, with love and compassion, while remaining grounded and present to what you need at this stage of your life.

I see you as whole and complete, with an expansive capacity for healing and transformation.

I believe deeply in empowering YOU to create the transformation you desire, changing your paradigm from the inside out. My work isn't about giving your power to a healer or a healing modality. It is about supporting you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, your relationship with the Divine, and the truth of who you are.

Because healing is deeply individual, I don't approach each person with a single system. My work is integrative and intuitive, drawing from years of training, experience, spiritual practice, and the healing modalities I have been called to study and embody.

Depending on the work we are doing, I may weave together ThetaHealing®, Intuitive Reiki™, Sacred Soul Symbols™, Sacred Soul Alignments®, Sacred Light Healing™ Technologies, sound and vibrational healing, meditation, intuitive work, spiritual coaching, and other tools within my practice.

These are tools that support the but you are always at the center of the session.

I am also the creator of Soul Purpose Mapping™ Practitioner Certification and Intuitive Reiki™, empowered by Divine Unconditional Love.

For those who feel called not only to experience healing but to deepen their own spiritual and healing practice, I also teach and share some of the modalities that have been an important part of my own path.
